If you should return an item you purchased, you may do so within 7 days from delivery date. Once assessed, the products will be replaced
where possible, or refunded. We will be unable to issue any replacement/refund if products have been received later than 7 days. Please email
us about any problems with the products at
firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on 079 928 7806. All returns must be approved before returning products. No unapproved returns will be accepted. Also please note that delivery charges for returns in this event, is not refundable.
Errors and Defects
In the event that we've made an error with your order or a product is defective, please call us on 079 928 7806 or email us at email@example.com within 30 days of delivery date. If over a reasonable period of time, the materials purchased from us have not maintained their condition, please notify us via email. We will consider these queries on a case by case basis, but you can be assured that (unless there has been obvious misuse) ; Kid-ease will take responsibility by either repairing or partly-crediting the customer.
All clearance or sale Items are not returnable and are sold in 'as is' condition.
You may cancel your order at anytime before your credit card payment has been charged or EFT has been made. Once your credit card payment has been charged, we will have to charge 7% refund processing fee. If your order has been couriered to you already, we are unable to cancel your order.
