Life Cycle Set – Frog

A frog goes through four stages of life, which is called metamorphosis.

The egg is the first phase of the life cycle of a frog.  A frog begins life as a fertilized egg. A female frog lays a lot of eggs, usually in or near water.

The tadpole is the second phase of a frog’s life cycle. The tadpoles hatch from the eggs.

The froglet is the third stage of a frog’s life cycle. In this stage the lungs & two front legs also grow.

The adult frog is the fourth & final stage of the life cycle of a frog.  Now it is perfectly fit to leave the water & live on the land. The frog’s tail disappears completely.

The set comes with wooden 3 Part Cards, & is presented in a beautiful wooden box with a picture of the corresponding theme printed on the lid.
