Life Cycle Set – Dragonfly

The life cycle of a dragonfly consists of three stages – egg, nymph (larva) & adult – characterized by incomplete metamorphosis, meaning they do not have a pupal stage. Nymphs live underwater for months to years, eating small fish & insects, before crawling onto land to molt into flying adults, which generally live for only a few weeks to months, focusing on hunting & reproduction. 

The set comes with wooden 3 Part Cards, & is presented in a beautiful wooden box with a picture of the corresponding theme printed on the lid.
